The Spotlight Foundation have committed their support to the Carlton Rise High program.
The program aims to increase the wellbeing of students at the Carlton Primary School and focuses on giving members of the Carlton Junior Football Club a sense of belonging to their community.
This is achieved via being involved in a mentoring and literacy program at the primary school, while plans are in place to supply the school students with homework packs to address key needs of the students and their families.
The Carlton Junior Football Club will be hosted at the Round 22 AFL match between Carlton and the Western Bulldogs on Sunday 19 August at Etihad Stadium, taking part in the Blues’ guard of honour before watching the game with prime seating on Level 1.
